It is not uncommon to feel doubtful while on the wellness journey. After all, most adults have tried and failed more times than they can keep count of.
The next time you desire to make a positive change in your wellness journey, albeit weight loss, quitting smoking, adding consistency with exercise, etc., Coach Brandi wants you to do TWO simple tasks:
- Write down WHY you want this goal. What does it mean to you? Write a letter to your future self once you have made this life change and then write another letter to your future self if you don’t. Envisioning the consequences of this behavior change is powerful!
- Once you start your journey and start to feel tired and weak, look up at the sky. See the sun. the moon, the treetops? Know this: the same God that made them ALSO MADE YOU! You have as much power and strength as those phenomena in the sky! Lean into your higher power and know – YOU HAVE GOT THIS!
