Coach Brandi is a US-based health and fitness coach passionate about helping others live their best life. She has the privilege of having lead fitness sessions for participants aged 2 all the way to 92. Brandi is a certified personal trainer with the National Council on Strength and Fitness and a certified group fitness trainer with the Athletics and Fitness Association of America.
CPR Certified and Insured, a participation waiver is required for all personal training sessions.

In my experience, Brandi is absolutely exceptional at honing in on exactly where your personal strengths and weaknesses are. She will push you to your limit, but she will never overexert you. Right from the start just about every workout session I have had with her was the perfect level of challenge.
Variety of Exercises
Brandi offers modifications for more challenge as well as less strenuous for each exercise. She provides a variety of exercises from use of hand weights, theraband, Swiss ball and just one's own body weight. Brandi offers fantastic whole body as well as core/sectional strengthening flexibility and balance exercises-the time with her Flies by!
